1. Who we are

ERPApp is a product of Appware Technology Pvt Ltd, registered in Nepal and based in Kathmandu. In this policy, 'we' and 'us' mean Appware Technology Pvt Ltd, and 'you' means the business or person using ERPApp.

2. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: the account details you give us when signing up, and the business data you enter while using the system.

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, organization name and address, and the password you set (stored hashed, never in readable form).
• Business data: the records you or your staff enter into ERPApp — invoices, ledgers, inventory, payroll, staff records, customer and supplier details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Support correspondence: emails, calls and messages you send us about the service.

3. Why we use it

• To create and provision your site, and to give you access to it.
• To run the service — storing your records, generating your reports and returns, and backing everything up.
• To contact you about your account, trial period, billing and service changes.
• To provide support when you ask for it, which may require our staff to access your site.
• To keep the service secure, detect abuse and meet our legal obligations in Nepal.

4. Your business data belongs to you

The records you enter into ERPApp are yours. We process them to run the service for you and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, we do not rent them, and we do not use them to train models or build advertising profiles.

Our staff access your site only when it is needed to provision it, fix a fault, or answer a support request you raised.

5. Who else sees it

We share data only where it is necessary to run the service or where the law requires it.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve your site. If you host ERPApp on your own servers, your business data never reaches ours.
• Payment and communication providers, limited to what they need to process a payment or deliver an email or SMS.
• Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information under Nepali law.

6. How long we keep it

Account and business data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or your trial ends without continuing, we keep the data for 90 days so it can be restored or exported, and then delete it. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner, unless a law requires us to hold it.

Server logs are kept for a shorter period, normally under 12 months.

7. Security

Traffic to your site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to the staff who need it, and backups are taken regularly.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and describe what happened and what we are doing about it.

8. Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and its data, subject to any legal retention we are bound by.
• Export your business records out of ERPApp at any time while your account is active.

9. Cookies

This website and the ERPApp application use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you from staying signed in.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
