These terms cover how ERPApp is provided, what the free trial includes, who owns the data in it, and where each side's responsibility ends.
These terms are between you — the business or person opening the account — and Appware Technology Pvt Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal, which provides ERPApp. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are opening the account on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
New accounts get one month of full access at no cost. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically.
At the end of the month nothing switches off on its own. We will agree a plan with you based on how many people use the system and which modules you kept. If you decide not to continue, tell us and we will close the account.
You agree not to use ERPApp to:
After the trial, fees are those set out in the plan we agree with you. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and VAT is charged where applicable.
If an invoice stays unpaid past its due date we may suspend access after giving you notice. We will not delete your data during a suspension.
The records you enter into ERPApp remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. We process them to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you put into the system, including whether you are entitled to hold the staff and customer records you enter.
You can export your data at any time while the account is active. After closure we keep it for 90 days and then delete it.
ERPApp produces VAT books, returns and payroll calculations in the formats Nepali rules expect, and we update them as those rules change. The output is still yours to check before you file it.
We are a software provider, not your accountant or legal adviser. Nothing produced by the system is tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for what you file.
We aim to keep hosted sites available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Where we have agreed a written service level with you, that document takes precedence over this section.
Support is provided by email and phone during business hours in Nepal.
You may close your account at any time by telling us. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by law — with notice, except where an immediate suspension is needed to protect the service or other customers.
On termination you may export your data during the 90-day retention window described above.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data where you had the ability to export or keep your own copies.
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are notified to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use ERPApp after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
